The Commission advises each the Board of Education and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene on statewide vaccine wants and makes suggestions on immunization necessities for kids entering school. The panel additionally works to make vaccine accessible and affordable across the Maryland for each adults and children. Gordon’s educational analysis focuses on the intersections of enterprise, public health, and new applied sciences with expertise in health care coverage, hospital administration and health methods, and know-how commercialization. In addition to her appointment with the Carey Business School, Gordon holds joint appointments with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She serves as the Academic Program Director of the Health Care Manage ment Programs at the Carey Business School and directs the Discovery to Market know-how commercialization course. She can also be Deputy Director for Business Strategies for the Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) on the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
